De conformidad con las disposiciones del derecho de sociedades de la República Popular China, la Ley de valores de la República Popular China, las medidas para la administración del registro de la emisión de valores de las empresas que cotizan en bolsa en el GEM (para su aplicación experimental) y otros documentos jurídicos, reglamentarios y normativos, la Junta de supervisores, tras comprender y examinar exhaustivamente los documentos pertinentes sobre la emisión de acciones a determinados destinatarios en 2021 revisados por la empresa, emitirá las siguientes opiniones de auditoría por escrito:

The information disclosed in the relevant documents, such as the 2021 issuing a share Plan to specific objects (The Second Revision Draft) and the 2021 issuing a share plan demonstration and Analysis Report (The Second Revision Draft) compiled by the company is true, accurate and complete, and there are no false Records, misleading statements or major omissions.
